An onsite consultation gives us the opportunity to understand your organisation, review the building and discuss your audio-visual requirements in detail. Whether you are considering a single upgrade or a complete installation, we can help you explore a practical brief.

From conversation to proposal

During the visit we can discuss existing equipment, everyday use, operator experience, aesthetic considerations and budget. This helps us prepare a proposal based on your circumstances, rather than a list of equipment chosen without seeing the venue.

Is there a charge for an onsite consultation?

We generally do not charge for onsite consultations. Depending on the location and type of project, we may request a non-compulsory contribution towards travel expenses. Please discuss the arrangements with us when booking.
