The project

CAV Solutions worked with Holy Trinity Church to bring sound, visual presentation, lighting and networking together in a coordinated installation for worship and events.

A flexible visual system

An Epson 8,000-lumen laser projector serves the ceiling winch screen, supplemented by ViewSonic side-aisle and confidence monitors. A Roland V8-HD production mixer handles internal and online content, including overlays and picture-in-picture. Two motorised PTZoptics cameras can feed both the streaming system and internal displays.

Sound, lighting and network control

The audio installation uses Electro-Voice EVC speakers and EVF subwoofers with Dynacord amplification and Allen & Heath AHM-32 processing. An SQ6 mixing console and remote stagebox manage microphones and instruments for the speakers, hearing loop, streaming and recording feeds. Managed Wi-Fi supports iPad control away from the console. Chauvet EVE-series fixtures light the dais and help the cameras capture the service.
